If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right — within the terms below.
📦 1. Returns Policy
You can return most items purchased from Nepby.com within 7 days of delivery if:
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
✅ The product tags, labels, and accessories (if any) are still attached
✅ You have the order invoice or proof of purchase
✅ The product is not damaged or altered after delivery
✅ The product is eligible for return as mentioned on its product page
🧾 Additional Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Products returned without proper packaging or missing parts may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- For clothing, make sure no perfume, stains, or signs of wear are present.
- You must inform us about the return within 3 days of receiving the product through email at nepbys@gmail.com.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and pickup/dispatch details.

Nepby.com reserves the right to decline a return request if the returned product does not meet the above conditions or appears used, washed, or tampered with.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Undergarments, innerwear, or swimwear
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
🔁 3. Exchange Policy
If you received a wrong size, color, or damaged product:
- Please email us within 3 days of delivery.
- Attach a clear photo of the item and packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange (based on stock availability).
💰 4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the same payment method used for your order:
- For eSewa payments, refunds are sent back to your eSewa account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via eSewa or bank transfer after confirmation.
- Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to process after product inspection.
📮 5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we cover the shipping cost.
- If you’re returning for personal reasons (like change of mind), you’ll bear the return shipping fee.
⚠️ 6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
- Once the product has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 working days.
