  • Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
  • Nepby.com does not store your eSewa ID, password, or bank details.
  • All prices listed on our website are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across Nepal.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown during checkout.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • Once shipped, tracking details or updates will be provided by email or SMS.

🔁 4. Returns & Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds or exchanges are processed after product inspection.
  • Some products (like undergarments or custom-made items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Commission कटेर weekly payout
Returned/Cancelled मा payout हुँदैन

Return & Refund Rules
Return हुने केस: Wrong, Defective, Fake, Description mismatch
Return नहुने: Used, Mind-change, Hygiene, Custom-made
Return cost: Vendor mistake → Vendor pays, Mind-change → Customer pays
