Payout cycle as defined
Returns/Cancellations मा payout हुँदैन

4. Termination
Vendor ले rules तोडेमा Nepby ले account suspend/terminate गर्न सक्छ।

5. Legal
Nepal commerce law अनुसार समाधान।

Order Handling (Manual Courier)
Order आएपछि 24–48 hrs भित्र ready
Vendor ले आफैँ courier मा parcel बुझाउने
Correct packing, slip, tracking, address राख्ने
Vendor गल्तीमा delivery delay vendor जिम्मेवार

COD Policy
Vendor ले delivery मा cash collect गर्ने
Cash vendor ले record राख्ने
COD fraud/cash loss vendor जिम्मेवार
Signup form मा COD चाहिन्छ/चाहिँदैन टिक गर्नु पर्ने

Commission & Payout
Commission कटेर weekly payout
Returned/Cancelled मा payout हुँदैन

Return & Refund Rules
Return हुने केस: Wrong, Defective, Fake, Description mismatch
Return नहुने: Used, Mind-change, Hygiene, Custom-made
Return cost: Vendor mistake → Vendor pays, Mind-change → Customer pays

Penalties
Warning → Product removal → Suspension → Payment hold → Termination

Intellectual Property

Refund request आएमा vendor ले Nepby संग coordination गर्नुपर्छ।
