Vendor Terms & Conditions – Nepby.com

यो Terms & Conditions Nepby.com मा seller बन्न चाहने सबै vendor हरूका लागि बाध्यकारी नियम हो। Vendor Account बनाउँदा तपाईंले यी सबै नियम स्वीकार गरेको मानिन्छ।


1. Eligibility

Vendor बन्नका लागि:

  • Valid ID (Citizenship/Driving License/Passport)
  • Active Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Bank Account Details
  • PAN/VAT (optional)

2. Product Listing Rules

Vendor ले निम्न वस्तुहरू बेच्न पाउँदैन:

  • Illegal / Prohibited items
  • Fake / Duplicate / Counterfeit products
  • Expired / Tampered goods
  • Harmful or banned items

Vendor ले:

  • Title, image, price, description accurate राख्नुपर्छ
  • Fake image वा misleading content राख्न पाइँदैन

3. Order Handling (Manual Courier System)

  1. Vendor ले order आएपछि 24–48 hrs भित्र सामान तयार गर्नुपर्छ
  2. Nepby.com मा हाल pickup सुविधा छैन, त्यसैले
    Vendor ले आफैँ courier service मा parcel बुझाउनुपर्नेछ।
  3. Vendor को जिम्मेवारी:
    • राम्रो packing
    • Courier slip / tracking number सुरक्षित राख्ने
    • सही weight / सही customer address राख्ने
    • Tracking number Nepby मा update गर्ने
  4. Wrong/defective/incomplete item पठाएमा vendor नै जिम्मेवार हुन्छ।
  5. Delivery delay vendor कारणले भए vendor जिम्मेवार हुन्छ।

4. Cash on Delivery (COD Policy)

  1. COD order आएमा vendor ले डेलिभरीमा नगद उठाउने जिम्मेवारी लिन्छ।
  2. COD को नगद vendor ले आफ्नो रेकर्डमा राखेर Nepby payout समयमा report गर्नुपर्छ।
  3. COD risk (cash loss, refusal, fraud) vendor को जिम्मेवारी हुनेछ।
  4. COD order को refund normal policy अनुसार हुनेछ।
  5. Vendor ले COD चाहन्छ/चाहँदैन भनेर signup form मा checkbox टिक गर्नुपर्नेछ।

5. Commission & Payout

  • प्रत्येक बिक्रीमा Nepby ले commission काटेर बाँकी vendor लाई पठाउनेछ।
  • Payout cycle: Weekly
  • Returned/Cancelled orders मा payout हुँदैन।
  • Outstanding dues भए adjustment हुन सक्छ।

6. Return & Refund Rules

Return हुने केस:

  • Wrong item
  • Defective/Damaged
  • Fake/duplicate
  • Description mismatch

Return नहुने केस:

  • Used items
  • Customer mind-change (customer pays shipping)
  • Hygiene products
  • Custom-made items

Refund time: 3–7 days

Return cost:

  • Vendor mistake → Vendor pays
  • Customer mind-change → Customer pays

7. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Genuine product मात्र बेच्ने
  • Accurate product info
  • Time–to–time dispatch गर्ने
  • Return cases responsibly handle गर्ने
  • Tax compliance (PAN/VAT) पालन गर्ने

8. Penalties

  • Warning
  • Product removal
  • Account suspension
  • Payment hold
  • Permanent termination
  • Loss recovery deduction

9. Intellectual Property

Vendor ले अपलोड गरिएका images/products/content genuine हुनुपर्छ।
Copy content वा brand misuse गरे vendor नै जिम्मेवार हुन्छ।


10. Taxes

PAN/VAT तपाईँकै दायित्व हो। Nepby कुनै पनि vendor को tax का लागि जिम्मेवार हुँदैन।


11. Governing Law

यो सम्झौता Nepal Government E-Commerce Regulation & Consumer Protection Act अन्तर्गत लागू हुनेछ।

यो agreement Nepby.com र Vendor बीच e-commerce संचालन सम्बन्धि कानुनी सम्झौता हो।

Cash को accounting vendor ले नै गर्नु पर्ने।
Refund request आएमा vendor ले Nepby संग coordination गर्नुपर्छ।
