यो Terms & Conditions Nepby.com मा seller बन्न चाहने सबै vendor हरूका लागि बाध्यकारी नियम हो। Vendor Account बनाउँदा तपाईंले यी सबै नियम स्वीकार गरेको मानिन्छ।1. EligibilityVendor बन्नका लागि:Valid ID (Citizenship/Driving License/Passport)Active Mobile NumberEmail AddressBank Account DetailsPAN/VAT (optional)2. Product Listing RulesVendor ले निम्न वस्तुहरू बेच्न पाउँदैन:Illegal / Prohibited itemsFake / Duplicate / Counterfeit productsExpired / Tampered goodsHarmful or banned itemsVendor ले:Title, image, price, description accurate राख्नुपर्छFake image वा misleading content राख्न पाइँदैन3. Order Handling (Manual Courier System)Vendor ले order आएपछि 24–48 hrs भित्र सामान तयार गर्नुपर्छ।Nepby.com मा हाल pickup सुविधा छैन, त्यसैले Vendor ले आफैँ courier service मा parcel बुझाउनुपर्नेछ।Vendor को जिम्मेवारी:राम्रो packingCourier slip / tracking number सुरक्षित राख्नेसही weight / सही customer address राख्नेTracking number Nepby मा update गर्नेWrong/defective/incomplete item पठाएमा vendor नै जिम्मेवार हुन्छ।Delivery delay vendor कारणले भए vendor जिम्मेवार हुन्छ।4. Cash on Delivery (COD Policy)COD order आएमा vendor ले डेलिभरीमा नगद उठाउने जिम्मेवारी लिन्छ।COD को नगद vendor ले आफ्नो रेकर्डमा राखेर Nepby payout समयमा report गर्नुपर्छ।COD risk (cash loss, refusal, fraud) vendor को जिम्मेवारी हुनेछ।COD order को refund normal policy अनुसार हुनेछ।Vendor ले COD चाहन्छ/चाहँदैन भनेर signup form मा checkbox टिक गर्नुपर्नेछ।5. Commission & Payoutप्रत्येक बिक्रीमा Nepby ले commission काटेर बाँकी vendor लाई पठाउनेछ।Payout cycle: WeeklyReturned/Cancelled orders मा payout हुँदैन।Outstanding dues भए adjustment हुन सक्छ।6. Intellectual PropertyVendor ले अपलोड गरिएका images/products/content genuine हुनुपर्छ। Copy content वा brand misuse गरे vendor नै जिम्मेवार हुन्छ।10. TaxesPAN/VAT तपाईँकै दायित्व हो। Nepby कुनै पनि vendor को tax का लागि जिम्मेवार हुँदैन।11. Governing Lawयो सम्झौता Nepal Government E-Commerce Regulation & Consumer Protection Act अन्तर्गत लागू हुनेछ।

Signup form मा COD चाहिन्छ/चाहिँदैन टिक गर्नु पर्ने

Commission कटेर weekly payout
Returned/Cancelled मा payout हुँदैन

Return हुने केस: Wrong, Defective, Fake, Description mismatch
Return नहुने: Used, Mind-change, Hygiene, Custom-made
Return cost: Vendor mistake → Vendor pays, Mind-change → Customer pays
